REQUIEM A Memoir of Sex, Madness, and Self-Destruction (Kindle Edition)
By Fredy Espinoza

The first thing that strikes you when you read Fredy Espinoza's book is its authenticity, its straightforwardness, its genuine way of recounting events and circumstances that are extremely hard to dealt with. This memoir is a history of suffering, yet it also gives you a lot of hope about the possibility to rise up again and change your life. It doesn't take you too long to understand that in order to write so openly about such dramatic events, you must have undergone a long period of reflection, self-introspection, psychological and emotional examination. This book is an autobiography, but stirs up everyone's conscience. While reading it, it's impossible not to be confronted with our own existence and with the choices we're making to get the most out of it. Fredy Espinoza invites his lectors to start being the creators of their own reality, no matter how hard it might have been to live your life. And we all have to acknowledge his courage to do so by sharing with other people the horrible circumstances that have help him build up such objective awareness about life.
